If it wasn't for my persistence my $50 would be long gone. Even then although I got a reply it was pretty useless. All of my requests for a refund of the 50 dollars overcharged were ignored until I finally went through Facebook. It took about 10 emails, 10 requests for an invoice through their online form, contact through facebook. One month later and (I think) I have finally had it refunded. Not a huge amount but that is not the point. A few days after we checked out I checked my visa account and found we had been over charged 50 dollars to the room. (Nothing like the pictures but that's expected).
Had a good stay - for the price we payed, the hotel was good.
